Marvin Braun of Precision RV can work on all types of RV Solar Installations
For quite some time now our web presence here at Precision RV has been lacking. And by lacking we mean it wasn’t there at all. The Internet is an interesting place, and sometimes technology fails. And in the case of our old website, the technology failed.
Like so many other busy small businesses out there you only have so much time in a day to get things done. And as many visitors to this site already know, our specialty is RV Solar System Installation, not website upkeep and maintenance. So our old website was down for a little while, and then a little while became longer and longer. With so many of our customers blogging, and commenting on forums, and sending referrals along, it was time to fix our web presence.
Fortunately one of our Airstream customers knew another Airstreamer who has a mobile business like we do. His business is web design for businesses in the RV Industry. Precision RV is completely mobile, and we’re full time RV’ers as well. No matter where we go, we can still install solar systems for RV’ers. Similarly, the web designer can work from anywhere as well. And he had a need that we could help him out with. That’s right, he’d been looking to do a solar system for his Airstream.
After meeting in January of this year we continued our conversation with RLC Design. The owner, Rich Charpentier, had a lot of ideas about getting Precision RV back out there on the web. And he also had a few questions for us about doing his own solar system for his RV. After a few months of phone calls, e-mails, and research, RLC Design took a trip down to Casa Grande where we’re currently staying.
As of the writing of this post, work is continuing on the website. The final version will be completed before the end of this month. And while that work is going on, we’ll be installing a small solar system for Rich’s Airstream. His power needs are relatively small even when boondocking. Of course, we’ll probably hear from him in a few years when he wants to expand like so many of our other return customers.
